Cascade Car Wash

Car wash not doing too great. Not enough time on the machine to properly wash car. Not much pressure on spray wands. Leaking water on my car. Pre-spray soap not working.

Terrible car wash. The soap from the foam bush dyed my hands blue, stained my new clothes blue. Half the stuff does work. Do not go here.

Foam brush never worked. Switch when selecting different thing barely worked. I truck isn’t much cleaner than it was before coming here. Not the first time this has happened here so I figured I’d give it another shoot but it is still terrible

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Half of the card readers don’t work. When you finally get one that works half the features of the car wash don’t work. No foaming brush. Spent most of my time trying to spray my truck with soap so I wasn’t just spreading around dirt. I’ve gotten a cleaner vehicle from letting my truck sit in a rainstorm than I got for $15 at this place. Worst car wash in Bend hands down.

I finally got my car cleaned for $30. There’s only two ways to get your car cleaned at these DIY car washes: 1. Use the pre soak And/or 2. Use the brush Neither of which worked. I like the pre soak options at these places so that’s what I decided to do. I turned the knob to pre soak and it’s just peeing out of there- literally like a urine stream. I was patient and somehow soaked my car with the pre soak. Went for the high pressure soap and dirt was running off but there was a lot of dirt visibly on the car. I then went for the brush that didn’t disburse foam. I scrubbed it anyway until It dried and had to switch back to soap and spray down the remaining vehicle. Before my time ran out I couldn’t add any more credit from my credit card and my car was still covered with smeared dirt. I decided to go to another bay convinced that I was dealing with faulty equipment, but I experienced the same issues. I toughed it out determined to leave with a clean vehicle and played with other settings to try to get what I needed to work. Everything else seemed to work fine, just not what I needed to actually clean my vehicle. I left a message on the voicemail with my information and we will see
